Return Policy

Returns

The return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be (1) unused, (2) in the same condition received, and (3) in its original packaging.

All products are returnable, unless indicated in the product's description.

To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you notifying of return and approval of the refund. The refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are processed manually and can take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note, the time for returns and/or exchanges will vary depending on where you live. If a replacement is needed for reasons other than defect or shipper error an additional shipping cost for the replacement will apply.
